Work directly with me in a setting that always accounts for how you move. I take great care to make each session as effective as can be, and enjoyable in often unexpected ways.

Some people call me Robby, and others call me Coach.

Either way, I work diligently to stack the odds in my clients’ favor against the encroaching sands of time.

There are bumps in the road for everyone, of course, but under my guidance and watchful eye, I’ve helped countless individuals bounce back from physiological setbacks, put nagging body issues in the rear view mirror, and re-discover a zest for life because they are moving their bodies with less restraint, discomfort, or outright pain.
