Coach Rob Skinner

Rob Skinner is certified by the American Council on Exercise and specializes in pain-free training for adults. He designs every training session to be a complete experience, and prides himself on creating a perfect blend of tension and release, like a symphony.

Rob is on constant lookout for exercise sequences that deliver unexpected results, leaving clients and class participants feeling strong, confident and able to tackle whatever that day -- and life in general -- may bring. Without worry or hesitation. Every day.

  • His routines are never stagnant but constantly updated and changed as he studies the latest techniques and methods for improving flexibility, strength and cardio fitness. I never know what to expect from a workout but they are never boring! I have been able to continue playing tennis and also hike every summer for many miles through the White Mountains of New Hampshire and Maine at an age when many may have slowed down—and it is largely due to the challenging and targeted work with Rob.
